Michele Langley, Team Leader & Broker
Having a positive impact in the life of others is Michele’s passion! Which is why she combined 2 of her favorite things, helping others find employment and helping families find their dream homes. Optimizing over 7 years of HR Consulting with a Broker License, Michele Langley provides unique relocation experiences and HR Mobility Services to clients. Michele understands that in order for clients to find their dream home, they need an agent who listens and is not afraid to point out how a home will meet or not meet her client’s expectations. Her goal is not finding A HOME but the RIGHT HOME! In addition, as an advocate for her clients, Michele focuses on researching and analyzing data to make sure her clients have detailed information to make sure they are buying or selling a home at the RIGHT PRICE at the RIGHT TIME.
Michele is an Army Veteran and loves helping fellow military clients with their real estate needs. She holds her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation from the Human Resources Certification Institute and SHRM-SCP designation for the Society for Human Resource Management. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from NCSU with a degree in Business Management and HR minor. Michele has served on the Board of the North Carolina Society for Human Resource Management (NCSHRM), Triangle-SHRM, Raleigh-Wake Human Resource Management Board of Directors. She is also a member of the Johnston County HR Association. Michele has been a featured speaker on job searching techniques and frequently speaks at local NC colleges and universities as well as in-transition networking groups regarding social media and job search techniques. She is a member of the Worldwide ERC and Johnston County Realtors Association.
Rebecca Shires, Buyers Specialist & Realtor
Rebecca Shires passion is serving clients by listening to their wants needs and desires and diligently strives to achieve 100% satisfaction by providing great service and commitment. Rebecca has a long history of serving customers and communities with 20 years’ experience with the USPS as a Postmaster. She has served as the Postmaster in several cities in Washington State and accepted the Postmaster position in Clayton NC in 2008. Rebecca’s vast knowledge of the Clayton and Johnston County areas is impressive. In addition, Rebecca serves on the planning department Town of Clayton Review Board (TRC).

You can say Brianca was destined to be a Realtor! Born into a real estate family, she quickly obtained the knowledge needed to be a successful real estate like her father and mother. Brianca obtained her real estate license and the young age of 18 assisting home buyers and sellers in California with all their real estate needs. Having recently moved to North Carolina, she is excited to bring innovative marketing techniques and a high-level of professionalism to the Raleigh real estate market. Tapping into her over 25 years of experience in marketing and business, she brings a high-level of professional service to her clients. For the past 3 years, she has assisted clients with residential and commercial real estate needs. Having lived in the Raleigh area for over 30 years, Lela loves helping clients with their real estate needs in Johnston and Wake County.
In addition to providing broker services, Lela owns a transaction coordination company that assists realtors, home buyers, and home sellers with the complex details, scheduling, and legal documentation required to have a smooth closing. Her keen eye for detail and business knowledge ensures a positive real estate experience for her clients. Lela is frequently asked to coach and train new agents from various brokerages on legal documentation compliance.
