The number of active listings was down 33 percent from one year earlier and down 1 percent from the previous month. As you can see the median list price for the month of May 2015 was just under $370k. Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was down 28%. The median sales price was just under $290k. The number of units sold increased 1% year over year and increased 21% month over month.
